Your data
Nothing you send through Kiweely Credits is kept.
Kiweely Credits run on Amazon Bedrock, the AI service of Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States. kiweely's AWS account is set to zero data retention, so your messages, files and Workday results are never saved, logged or used for training.

- kiweely chooses the AI behind your credits and tests it on Workday work. AWS refuses any model that would need to keep your data, so a change of model cannot break the promise. kiweely never saves or logs what you send.

- Your work goes to OpenAI or Anthropic under your own account's terms. A personal ChatGPT plan trains on it unless you turn that off, and a personal Claude plan does if you allow it.

What are Kiweely Credits?

Is what I send kept or used for training?
Nothing you send through Kiweely Credits is kept or used for training. They run on Amazon Bedrock in the United States, with zero data retention set on kiweely's AWS account. With your own ChatGPT, Claude or API key, your own account's terms apply: it is up to you to know how that company handles your data.
Which Workday tenants should I use?

Do I need a card?
Not to start. Kiweely Personal in your Workday personal developer tenant needs no card, and a new account starts with $5 of Kiweely Credits. Buying more Kiweely Credits, a Personal licence or a firm’s seats does.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. When someone you invite buys a Personal licence, you both get 1,000 kiweely credits. The credits go into each of your own balances and never expire. Your link is on the Invite colleagues page of your account.
What is the difference between Personal and Team & Enterprise?
Kiweely Personal is for one person: free in your Workday personal developer tenant, and $99 a month with a Personal licence in any other. When a team or a firm uses kiweely, it needs a paid Team & Enterprise licence, $99 per seat per month, two seats at least, and a seat covers every tenant. Its Owners and Admins invite people, set roles and remove them, and a removed person loses access to the firm’s work at once. The firm’s work has its own space on every computer, kept apart from personal work; the firm shares Kiweely Credits with monthly limits and can make them its only AI; and the security and procurement paperwork is answered by a person. For one agreement and one invoice, write to support@kiweely.com with the subject “Team & Enterprise quote”, and we reply within 1–2 business days (US Pacific).
How do I stop?
Stop using kiweely. You can delete your account and its data from Settings on your account page. Free Kiweely Personal has nothing to cancel. Cancel a Personal licence on your account page, and it ends when the month you paid for ends. A firm’s Owner cancels its subscription on the Billing page; the firm stays open until the month ends.
Do I need Workday Extend or Workday Studio?
Only for that kind of work. Extend apps need a Development-level tenant, from a Workday Extend subscription or your own Workday Open Developer account. Studio integrations need your own Workday Studio on the computer, and no developer account. Questions, admin work, reports and configuration need a normal Workday sign-in to a tenant you can already use. Connecting a client’s Workday developer account is optional: it brings in all of that client’s tenants and is used to build integrations (Orchestrate) and apps (Extend). Every Workday customer can opt in, even without an Extend licence; for a client that hasn’t, paste a link to a tenant instead.
What computer does it need?
A Mac with Apple silicon (macOS 14 or newer), an Intel Mac (macOS 15 or newer), or a 64-bit Windows 11 PC. Sign in with your account on your own computers.
