What the plan includes

  • The whole product: questions, admin work, reports, configuration copy and Extend apps.
  • Every Mac you own, signed in with one account.
  • Updates as they ship.

What it does not include

  • Workday, or a Workday Extend subscription.
  • A ChatGPT account or OpenRouter key.
  • Team seats. Each person has their own plan today.

What you need

  • An Apple silicon Mac on macOS 14 or newer. Windows is next.
  • Your own Workday sign-in to a tenant you can already use.
  • For Extend work: a Workday Extend subscription and a Development-level tenant.
  • A ChatGPT account or an OpenRouter key. The agent runs on your account, not ours.
  • A kiweely account with an active trial or plan.

The trial, in dates

Dates, not estimates.

  1. Day 1

    Start the trial. Stripe holds your card; nothing is charged.

  2. Day 30

    First charge, at the price above plus tax. The exact date is on your account page from day one.

  3. Every month after

    Renews on the same day. Cancel from your account before a renewal and access runs to the end of the period.

When am I charged?

Not during the trial. The first charge happens when the 30-day trial ends, on the date shown on your account page. After that, monthly on the same day.

How do I cancel?

From your account: Billing, then Cancel plan. Stripe confirms it. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can choose Keep my plan any time before then.

Where are my invoices?

On your account's Billing page, with a link to each Stripe-hosted invoice and receipt.

Which payment methods work?

Cards, through Stripe Checkout. Taxes are calculated from your billing address and shown before you confirm.

Can I use it on more than one Mac?

Yes. One account, every Mac you own. Sign in on each.

Is there a team plan?

Not yet. Each person has their own plan today.

Refunds?

See the refund policy. It is short, and it is the same for everyone. Refund policy.

Do I need a Workday Extend subscription?

Only for Extend work. Questions, admin tasks, reports and configuration copy need a normal Workday sign-in to a tenant you can already use.
