What is kiweely?
kiweely is an AI agent signed in to your Workday tenants. It answers questions from your real setup, does admin work and reports, builds, deploys and tests Extend apps as real people, and builds and fixes Studio integrations in your own Workday Studio, asking before any change.
How much does kiweely cost?
One plan: Kiweely Personal, $49 a month after a 14-day free trial. No card to start; add one before the trial ends to keep going. Up to three of your own computers on one account. Cancel any time from your account.
What do I need to run kiweely?
A Mac with Apple silicon (macOS 14 or newer), an Intel Mac (macOS 15 or newer), or a 64-bit Windows 11 PC. Your own Workday sign-in to a tenant you can already use. For Extend work: a Workday Extend subscription and a Development-level tenant. For Studio integrations: your own Workday Studio, installed on the same computer. A ChatGPT account, a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), or an OpenRouter key. The agent runs on your account, not ours.
Is it safe for production Workday tenants?
Your Workday sign-ins and your AI key stay on your computer — they never reach kiweely's servers or the AI model. Looking things up never needs your approval. Every change shows a card naming the tenant and the change, and nothing is saved until you approve it. Production connects only after a warning you confirm; there, changes are made one at a time and read back, and Full Access stays off. And kiweely never grades its own homework: Workday does.
Which platforms are supported?
The desktop app on macOS and Windows today. iPhone, then Android, are next: a thin companion that follows a conversation, answers an approval, and tells you when kiweely needs you. The work itself stays on your computer.
