1. Seller and currency
Onoex LLC, United States, is the merchant for Kiweely. The advertised price is $49 USD per month plus applicable tax. Stripe may present local payment methods or bank conversion; your issuer may charge conversion/foreign-transaction fees that are not paid to Onoex LLC.
2. Tax calculation and evidence
Stripe Tax calculates sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction tax from product classification and billing information. You must provide accurate address and tax-ID data. Stripe invoices show collected tax. Business reverse-charge/exemption treatment applies only after valid information is accepted and law permits it.
The current candidate classification is business-use SaaS delivered with an app download. It remains subject to professional tax review before live Checkout.
3. Country availability
“Global” does not mean every jurisdiction unconditionally. Checkout is unavailable where Stripe, sanctions/export controls, merchant rules, tax registration, privacy, invoicing, or consumer obligations are not operationally supported by Onoex LLC.
A country being selectable is not a promise until Checkout successfully validates it. We may add or remove availability as obligations change. We will not bypass an unsafe tax calculation by disabling automatic tax.
4. Local rights
Mandatory consumer, cancellation, digital-content, tax, privacy, and dispute rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply and prevail over conflicting contract language. Contact support@kiweely.com before purchase if you need country-specific invoice or tax treatment.
